Our Founder

Our Founder Lula Swain of Compassionate Consumer Consultancy has 20 years of experience in providing customer service to various healthcare industries. She has excelled to achieve and sustain various healthcare organizations to meet Press Ganey scores. Which has helped position her as an expert in the consumer consultancy sector.

Her primary focus is to help achieve excellence in customer service and public service through developing and introducing a compassionate and empathic approach while dealing with consumers. She comes aboard as a Team Player and Partner while continuously being transparent with her approach addressing the consumers concerns and needs.  

Working in healthcare gave her the opportunity to resolve various issues affecting the relationship between the customer and the client. Her compassionate perspective has put her front and center of important issues plaguing the customers concerns. She does not lead from the front or behind, she works alongside Leadership to discover problems which may not otherwise be apparent. Her observational skills allows her to develop strategies and methods to improve the customer experience. While better serving the customers and the public by eliminating implicit practices to increase the ratio of satisfied and content customers.

She strongly believes and advocates the importance of viewing and asking for feedback from the customer. Their feedback to identify the areas which need improvement. She has helped hospitals and clinics turn concerns and complaints around by optimizing excellent public and customer service.  

Her appreciation for humanity allows her to exemplify stellar customer service. She attributes her appreciation to her tenure within the healthcare industry, while understanding the need of her consultancy to help impact other arenas. With her being an excellent communicator, problem solver, and an empathetic trainer she understand the need for improvement in all areas of customer and citizen relations. Her versatile approach, techniques, and strategies can help hospitals, law enforcement agencies, hotels, restaurants, and other organizations provide exceptional customer service.
